FundedMason ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data when you use our Platform.

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Account data: name, email address, country
• Payment data: billing address and payment method (processed by Stripe — we never store raw card numbers)
• Usage data: pages visited, feature usage, session duration
• Device data: IP address, browser type, operating system
• Trading data: simulated trade history, account metrics (all simulated — no real positions)

We use your data to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform
• Process challenge purchases and manage accounts
• Send transactional emails (account updates, evaluations)
• Prevent fraud and enforce Terms of Service
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We use essential cookies for session management and optional analytics cookies (e.g., aggregated page-view counts). You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings. Some Platform features may require essential cookies to function.

We share limited data with trusted service providers:

• Supabase — authentication and database
• Stripe — payment processing
• Render — cloud hosting

All processors are contractually bound to process data only as instructed by us.

We retain account data for the duration of your relationship with FundedMason plus up to 2 years after account closure, as required by our legal and tax obligations. You may request early deletion (see Section 7).

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Object to certain processing activities
• Request a portable copy of your data

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest) and access controls to protect your data. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication where available.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before changes take effect.
