Refund Policy

1. Evaluation Purchase Refunds

FundedMason offers a 14-day refund window for all evaluation challenge purchases, subject to the following conditions:

  • The evaluation must not have been started (no trades placed)
  • Request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase
  • Refund requests are processed via email to Team@fundedmason.com
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days

2. No Refund After Evaluation Starts

Once you have placed any simulated trade in your evaluation account, the challenge is considered active and non-refundable. This policy ensures fairness and prevents abuse of the refund system.

3. Add-On Refunds

Add-ons (Express Payout, Unlimited Time, Higher Volatility, Trend Mode) are subject to the same refund policy as the base evaluation:

  • Refundable within 14 days if the evaluation has not started
  • Non-refundable once any trade has been placed

4. Failed Evaluations

FundedMason does not issue refunds for failed evaluations. All traders are provided with clear rules before purchase. Violating max drawdown, daily loss limits, or other rules results in evaluation failure with no refund eligibility.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from trading (platform downtime, data feed errors, account access problems), you may be eligible for:

  • Account reset (no refund, fresh evaluation with same parameters)
  • Full refund if the issue cannot be resolved within 72 hours
  • Partial credit toward a future evaluation

6. Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting FundedMason support will result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Permanent ban from the platform
  • Forfeiture of any active evaluations or funded accounts

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email Team@fundedmason.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email, order number (from Stripe confirmation), and reason for refund
  3. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
