No real money is traded, invested, or placed at risk at any time. All account balances, profit figures, drawdown metrics, and payout amounts are entirely synthetic and exist solely for evaluation purposes.
Simulated Environment Only
FundedMason operates a simulated trading environment. Price data, order execution, P&L, and account metrics are entirely synthetic. They do not represent real market positions or real money.
No Financial Advice
Nothing on the FundedMason platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. The platform is an evaluation tool only. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making real investment decisions.
Past Performance Not Indicative of Future Results
Simulated results shown on the platform, including statistics, leaderboards, or payout examples, do not guarantee any specific outcome. Simulated performance does not reflect real trading results.
No Regulatory Status
FundedMason is not a broker, investment advisor, or financial institution. We are not regulated by any financial authority (SEC, FCA, ASIC, etc.) and do not require such regulation to operate our simulated evaluation service.
Challenge Fees Are Non-Refundable
Challenge fees are paid for access to the simulated evaluation environment. Once trading has commenced on a challenge account, all fees are non-refundable regardless of outcome.
Geographic Restrictions
Access to FundedMason may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that using this platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your country of residence.
Evaluation Purpose Only
The FundedMason challenge is designed to evaluate a participant's ability to manage risk and execute a trading strategy within defined parameters. Success in a simulated challenge does not guarantee success in live trading with real capital.
No Guarantee of Simulated Payouts
Simulated payouts are offered as an incentive structure within the evaluation programme and are subject to compliance with all challenge rules. FundedMason reserves the right to withhold or adjust simulated payouts if there is evidence of rule violations, exploits, or fraudulent activity.
Market Data
Price data displayed on the Platform may be delayed, approximate, or algorithmically generated for simulation purposes. It should not be used as a basis for real-world trading decisions.
Limitation of Liability
FundedMason, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any financial loss, loss of data, or damage of any kind arising from your participation in the Platform or reliance on any information presented within it.
