Terms of Service

By accessing or using the FundedMason platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

All trading activity on FundedMason is 100% simulated. No real capital is placed in any market. Challenge accounts, balances, profit/loss figures, and payout amounts are all synthetic and for evaluation purposes only.

FundedMason does not operate as a broker, financial institution, or investment manager. Participation does not constitute an investment of real funds.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

Each challenge type has specific profit targets, maximum drawdown limits, and evaluation periods. These rules are displayed before purchase and during the challenge. Violation of any rule results in account suspension. Challenge fees are non-refundable once trading has commenced.

Upon passing a challenge, participants become eligible for a simulated payout as described in the challenge terms. Payouts are simulated and do not represent real-money transfers. FundedMason reserves the right to adjust payout structures with 30 days' notice.

You may not:

• Use automated bots, scripts, or exploits to gain unfair advantage
• Share account credentials with third parties
• Engage in account copying between multiple FundedMason accounts
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract platform source code
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

All content, design, software, and branding on the Platform is the exclusive property of FundedMason. You may not reproduce or distribute any portion without express written consent.

FundedMason is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you for your most recent challenge.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
